These Terms of Service govern your use of Invest with Prudie (investwithprudie.com) and all related content and tools, including the lesson curriculum, planning tools, and the Investment Policy Statement generator. Invest with Prudie is operated by Grace Ene as an independent sole proprietor. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Educational purpose only
Invest with Prudie is an educational platform. All content, tools, calculators, projections, and outputs, including any Investment Policy Statement or Wealth Blueprint, are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on Invest with Prudie constitutes personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, or legal advice. Invest with Prudie is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should consult a qualified, fee-only fiduciary financial adviser before making any investment or financial decision.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Invest with Prudie and at least 18 to make a purchase. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is intended per person, and you agree not to share, sell, or transfer account access. Notify us promptly at hello@investwithprudie.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Purchases, pricing, and refunds
Layer 1 of the course is free. Full access to Layers 2 through 5 and the Pro tools is available through Invest with Prudie Pro, a subscription billed monthly or yearly. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account; access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change with notice, but a change will never affect a period you have already paid for. If you are not satisfied, email hello@investwithprudie.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
4. No guarantees
All financial projections and calculations use historical averages and simplified models. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Actual returns, tax outcomes, and financial results will vary based on your individual circumstances, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Your data and privacy
Your use of Invest with Prudie is also governed by our Privacy, which explains what we collect and how it is handled. Account information such as your name, email, and learning progress is stored securely to enable sign-in and cross-device syncing. Figures you enter into the planning tools, such as income and balances, are used to generate your outputs and are not part of your public profile.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use Invest with Prudie only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from Invest with Prudie's content or curriculum without explicit written permission, and you may not scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent access controls or paywalls.
7. Intellectual property and license grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Invest with Prudie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site and its content for your own personal, non-commercial, educational use. All course content, lesson structure, pedagogy, simulators, and written materials are the intellectual property of Invest with Prudie and its creator. The "Invest with Prudie Method" and associated instructional design are proprietary. Other than the limited license above, nothing in these terms grants you any further license to use Invest with Prudie's intellectual property.
8. Third-party services
Invest with Prudie relies on trusted third-party providers to operate, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and data storage), Resend (email), Google Analytics (analytics), Netlify (hosting), and Cloudflare (domain and email routing). Your use of features powered by these providers may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invest with Prudie and its creator shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content or tools provided on this platform.
10. Dispute resolution: arbitration and class action waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Invest with Prudie will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead. You and Invest with Prudie each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@investwithprudie.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms and stating that you wish to opt out. This section survives any termination of your use of Invest with Prudie.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute not subject to arbitration above, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any such dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Invest with Prudie after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
